As someone who has always been a top, has never had a regular bathroom schedule or going more than once a day, GuttButt is a game changer. I'm not crazy about probiotics as they often cause bloating and cramping. GuttButt taken as directed has changed all that. First one I've tried that has actually worked as quoted. Thanks GuttButt!! to be quite honest, constipation has always lowkey worked in my favor for bottoming, like i couldn't sh*t on them even if i wanted to! however, that's not really a way to live. i've tried fiber supplements in the past, but you have to drink soooo much water for them to even WORK, not to mention you have to take upwards of 10 pills a day. i tried colostrum which was easier to do daily, but even then i would forget to do it and it only works if you're consistent. after trying this product for about 2 weeks now, i've definitely had a noticeable change! i take 3 in the morning and 3 before bed and i'm really not as diligent with my water intake as i should be, but it's been working great nonetheless! really keeps things moving and i haven't noticed any negatives, i'll be ordering more hehe

I'm a 29 year old vers guy. I've never believed that supplements like these work - it looks like it's all just marketing hype and suspect companies trying to rainbow capitalize their way into an underserved audience. I tried pure but it left a gelly residue and was NOT ideal. So, I just stuck to the normal things and didn't think much of it.But, then I saw these guys at Denver Pride last summer. They were really nice and knowledgable and seemed like they were coming from a good place. So I bought a bottle, and man! I've been on it for the past 6 months and have seen a world of difference. It feels like my whole digestive system just flows solidly and smoothly everyday. I still use the bulb sometimes just to be sure, but when I've been in not so convenient hot situations, the pills haven't let me down and baby I'm a believer. 5 stars. Highly recommend!
